Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead guest experiences and uphold service standards in a high-energy environment. You will coach the front of house team, oversee hiring, onboarding, and shift execution, and ensure procedures, safety, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of venue management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting daily service standards and staying visible on the floor
• Coach and develop the front of house team through coaching, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Manage operations including opening/closing procedures, shift management, and using metrics to drive performance
• Uphold standards and culture by living Topgolf's core values and ensuring health, safety, and guest satisfaction standards
