The One Group in Chicago is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and leading a high-energy team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

You’ll maintain service excellence, manage staffing, monitor quality and safety, and uphold hospitality standards while driving financial performance and guest satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to educate staff.
• Experience with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen with budgets and P&L familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, FOH and BOH management.
• Maintain elevated guest experience and service standards.
• Monitor quality, vendor relations, sanitation and safety.
• Organize staff shifts and coverage.
• Uphold company policies and hospitality standards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent.
• Train and mentor staff in service excellence.
• Develop brand initiatives and community presence.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Create weekly/monthly/annual financial reports.
