You will develop the team, monitor quality and safety, manage budgets, and drive brand presence through local partnerships and events.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to educate staff on menus.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Acute financial management with experience handling budgets and P&L reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
• Maintain service excellence and elevate the guest dining experience.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relations, and safety/compliance.
• Organize staff shifts and uphold policies and hospitality standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to a high-performance team.
• Drive guest satisfaction and brand development.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and inventory to ensure profitability.
