Hai Hospitality Group is accepting applications for an experienced Front of House Manager and/or Assistant General Manager for Uchiko Bethesda. The role leads daily service, supports staff development, and upholds Hai Hospitality’s standards of hospitality. Candidates may temporarily relocate to existing markets to train, with lodging included.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees.
• Ability to lead a service team and develop staff.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Front of House team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Assistant GM to uphold Hai Hospitality standards.
• Coach and mentor staff, drive training, and uphold service culture.
