Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager and/or Assistant General Manager for Uchiko Bethesda. The role partners with the GM to uphold high hospitality standards and develop the team across shifts.

Willingness to relocate to existing markets for training is required with lodging provided. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with opportunities for growth as Hai Hospitality expands its markets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain service excellence across shifts.
• Foster a culture of hospitality, mentorship, and teamwork while managing guest experiences and operations.
