The position offers an annual salary of $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 based on experience, with lodging for candidates willing to temporarily relocate for training at multiple markets. Training available in several U.S.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, mentor and develop a culinary team of cooks and chefs.
• Maintain high culinary standards in a high-volume scratch kitchen.
• Assist and float through all kitchen stations.
• Cook great food in a modern kitchen.
• Handle ordering, scheduling, inventory, and related admin duties.
