Job summary

OROVILLE CHICK-FIL-A is seeking a Front of House Director to lead people, systems, standards, and results for FOH and drive-thru. This leader develops other leaders, builds sustainable front of house and drive-thru systems, protects food safety and food quality, drives responsible food cost and labor, and partners across the restaurant to deliver a remarkable Team Member and guest experience.

This position reports to Sr. Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading restaurant operations and developing others.
• Strong knowledge of Front of House and Drive-thru operations, food safety, food quality, food cost, labor, and operational systems.
• Ability to delegate meaningful ownership, coach performance, and build accountability.
• Strong communication, judgment, situational awareness, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall Front of House leadership and operational performance across all dayparts.
• Development, coaching, engagement, and accountability of FOH leaders.
• Food safety, food quality, Customer service, labor, Speed of Service, cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
• Systems for second mile service, order taking, preparation, waste control, checklists, deep cleaning, equipment care.
