Eurest, a leader in corporate dining, is hiring a Front of House Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Company Clubs and Theater venues. You’ll lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure top-notch beverage service and guest experiences.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and collaboration with culinary, marketing, and venue staff to deliver exceptional service during shows and events.

Qualifications

• Experience managing others with strong communication.
• Excellent computer skills; able to plan and decide quickly.
• Able to track large inventories and budgets.
• Able to work late afternoons, nights and weekends.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative to guide staff.
• Creative while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of beverage industry and market dynamics.
• Experience in Finance, Loss Prevention, HR is a plus.
• College degree and management experience in beverage preferred.
• Certifications in service training, alcohol service, safe food handling.
• Knowledge of state/local alcohol laws and Bar/Restaurant standards.
• Certified by the National Bar & Restaurant Management Association.
• Open to working an events-driven schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, trains, manages, and develops staff.
• Manages budget and inventory.
• Trains and supervises alcoholic beverage service.
• Assists with catering events tied to shows.
• Establishes beverage program and seasonal specials.
• Purchases alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Manages culinary program with WPC culinary and marketing.
• Maintains positive working relationships with staff, clients and production teams.
• Works with vendors to improve cost results.
• Coordinates attendance and staffing with venue managers for optimal results.
• Oversees financial aspects of first class bar/concession operations.
