Eurest is hiring a Front of House Lead Supervisor for a full-time position in Costa Mesa, CA. This role oversees the food service operation, ensures top-quality products and service, and manages staff performance to meet standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in food & beverage, 1 year of supervisory experience, and inventory and ordering experience, plus a California Food Handler Card or ServSafe Manager Certification. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of food & beverage experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, and inventory & ordering experience.
• Valid California Food Handler Card or ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
