Job summary

Bonefish Grill is seeking a Front-of-House Supervisor to support the restaurant team under direct supervision. The role focuses on maintaining standards, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring clear internal communication to help management and staff deliver daily quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate will have prior restaurant experience, leadership experience, and certification in all FOH functions, with legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
