Bonefish Grill is seeking a hands-on Key position to support front-of-house and management by upholding restaurant standards, coaching staff, and ensuring effective communication. The role requires a leader with a whatever-it-takes attitude, dedicated to helping the team and Guests achieve daily quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include pre-opening quality checks, staffing reviews, guest service support, and participation in events, marketing, purchasing, training, and quality control.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
