Job summary

Bonefish Grill in Florida is seeking a Front-of-House Leader to support management, uphold restaurant standards, and foster positive Guest and team experiences with a 'whatever it takes' attitude.

Under direct supervision, you will review staffing, lead pre-shift meetings, coach staff, handle Guest issues, and participate in events, marketing, training, quality control, and financial activities to drive daily quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
