Bonefish Grill is seeking a Key Front-of-House Leader to support front-of-house team members and management by maintaining restaurant standards, fostering positive guest and team experiences, and ensuring effective internal communication. Under direct supervision, you will help ensure smooth service during opening, peak hours, and events while upholding company policies.

This role requires a 'whatever it takes' attitude, dedicated to helping the management team, team members, and Guests achieve

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsabilités

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
