Job summary

Bonefish Grill is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house team members and management, upholding standards and ensuring great Guest experiences. This role demands a leader with a “whatever it takes” attitude, ready to help the team achieve daily quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include pre-opening quality checks, staffing reviews, coaching staff in customer service, and collaborating on events, marketing, training, quality control, and financial activities.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
• Previously held leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
