Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is hiring a Front-of-House Leader to support management and team members in delivering an AUSS-SOME dining experience. You will help maintain restaurant standards, coach staff in guest service, and coordinate communication across teams to ensure daily quality and consistency.

The role emphasizes leadership with a “whatever it takes” attitude and requires legal authorization to work in the United States. Prior restaurant leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Leadership roles recommended.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
