Marbled & Fin in Charleston, SC, seeks a dynamic Front of House Manager to elevate hospitality and guest experiences in a modern steakhouse setting. This leadership role focuses on on-floor presence, team coaching, and ensuring exceptional service across shifts.

You will drive guest satisfaction, mentor staff, and collaborate with the General Manager to uphold standards, maintain operations, and deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a full-service, professional restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and refined cocktails.
• Ability to lead by example on the floor and inspire excellence.
• Experience with finances, inventory oversight, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with GM from guest experience to financial performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members with a hospitality focus.
• Maintain strong front- and back-of-house communication for seamless service.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation across all shifts.
• Maintain management logs and track daily performance.
• Lead opening, mid, and closing shifts as needed.
