Job summary

Method Co. is seeking a Front of House Restaurant Manager for Lowland in Charleston, SC. You will lead the front-of-house team, supervise service, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, excellent communication, and a strong understanding of dining room operations, guest relations, and beverage knowledge. Bachelor's in hospitality is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in restaurant management or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and service standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's in hospitality management preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations with the General Manager.
• Lead service periods, ensure staffing, and floor readiness.
• Maintain visible floor presence and engage guests and staff.
• Promote warm, polished hospitality and address guest concerns.
• Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house team.
• Monitor labor, costs, payroll, and inventory.
• Ensure knowledge of beverage programs and proper service.
