The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Lead Host for our Charleston-area restaurants to be the first and last friendly face guests see. You will oversee the host team, manage reservations in OpenTable, greet guests warmly, and coordinate seating to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will work with a dynamic front-of-house staff in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a focus on teamwork, flexible scheduling, and delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Competenze

• At least 2+ years of restaurant host experience.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work well with the front-of-house team.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and manage reservations using OpenTable.
• Escort guests, manage seating, and communicate wait times.
• Coordinate between kitchen and dining room to ensure smooth service.
