Job summary

Charleston Hospitality Group is seeking a driven FOH Manager in Training to lead front-of-house operations across our brands. You will work with a support team to deliver memorable dining experiences while growing professionally in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates are strong leaders with excellent communication skills, comfortable with alcohol service requirements, and able to manage guest relations and staff in a dynamic venue environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• GED or high school diploma with two years related experience; full-service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic computer skills required.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• ServSafe Certified.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Compensation Range: 50,000-65,000 annually.
• Desired Experience: 1-3 years.
