Topgolf Memphis is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will coach staff, manage shifts, and ensure every area runs smoothly while prioritizing guest satisfaction in a high-energy venue.

The role demands a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to oversee opening and closing procedures and help drive guest-focused operations across food, beverage, and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience: Set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Coach and Develop the Team: Supervise front of house team members and coach them in the moment.
• Manage Operations: Execute opening and closing procedures and manage assigned shifts.
• Uphold Standards and Culture: Demonstrate Topgolf's core values and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
