Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage OpenTable online bookings and guest reservations.
• Greet guests and guide them to their tables, ensuring exceptional service.
• Oversee the host team and maintain clean, efficient service areas.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and communicate daily reports.
• Handle inquiries about food, drinks, and specials and address guest questions.
