Responsibilities

• Management of OpenTable online bookings
• Make, adjust, and cancel guest reservations
• Oversight of host team
• Greet guests and guide them to their tables
• Answer guest questions regarding food, drinks, and specials
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings
• Maintain clean and tidy service areas
• Ensure efficient and excellent service throughout a seating
• Completion of daily reports and communication
• Additional responsibilities as directed by Leadership
