White Lodging is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of our premium hotel restaurants in Indianapolis. This full-time role focuses on guest satisfaction, upscale service, and profitable operations within a high-volume hotel dining environment.

The position requires leadership experience in F&B, ability to manage P&L, and a passion for developing restaurant leaders while contributing to a dynamic hospitality team at JW Marriott Indianapolis'

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant P&L, control labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• A commitment to developing future restaurant leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations — ensuring guest satisfaction and flawless quality in service and food presentation across every shift.
• Lead daily restaurant management responsibilities, including P&L oversight, financial reporting, payroll processing, and staff scheduling, to drive restaurant profitability.
• Foster a guest-first culture by mentoring, coaching, and developing your team to consistently deliver exceptional upscale food and beverage service.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house service teams to create seamless, memorable dining experiences.
