Job summary

The Neighborhood Dining Group's Marbled & Fin in Charleston, SC is seeking a dynamic Front of House Manager to lead the dining room with hospitality-first leadership and on-the-floor presence.

You will collaborate with leadership to elevate guest experiences, oversee service standards, train staff, and ensure smooth daily operations across opening, mid, and closing shifts while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leader passionate about hospitality and excellence.
• Experience in full-service restaurant operations.
• Strong guest relation skills and problem-solving on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations—from guest experience to financial performance.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture through coaching and mentorship.
• Lead hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members with hospitality focus.
• Maintain strong communication between front- and back-of-house for seamless service.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards across all shifts.
• Keep accurate records of service, staffing, and performance in manager logs.
• Lead a full rotation of opening, mid, and closing shifts.
