Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house operations and guest experience.
• Lead a small team of 2-3 staff during shifts.
• Oversee check-ins, reservations and guest enquiries.
• Coordinate events and weddings, corporate bookings and private events.
• Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.
