Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an exciting, innovative dining experience for all guests and lead front-of-house staff.
• Train staff in service etiquette, product knowledge, and guest needs.
• Evaluate restaurant service performance daily and coordinate with kitchen production.
• Develop liquor and wine selection and supervise procurement.
• Assist in budgeting and achieving financial targets through marketing plans.
