Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a front-of-house team and deliver memorable dining experiences. You will oversee staff, guest relations, and daily operations to ensure high standards and consistent service.

The role requires 2 years of hospitality management, strong communication, and budget/training oversight. A Bachelor’s in Hospitality is preferred; bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance, coordination of timely food production.
• Develop a selection and pricing strategy of all liquors and wines and supervision of their procurement.
• Assist the General Manager in building financial objectives on an annual basis through the budget process.
• Assist in meeting the financial targets in the sales area by executing and improving the annual marketing plan, and maintaining high operation standards.
