Job summary

Bonefish Grill is seeking a Key position to support the front-of-house team and management, ensuring high restaurant standards and strong guest experiences. The role requires a proactive leader with a can-do attitude to assist the management team, team members, and guests in daily quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include pre-opening checks, staffing reviews, coaching, and handling guest issues while collaborating on events and operations.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
