Bonefish Grill in Lexington, KY is seeking a Front-of-House Leader to support the team and uphold restaurant standards. You will assist management, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and daily quality control.

The role requires a lead-with-solution attitude, experience in hospitality, and the ability to work under direct supervision to maintain consistent service.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening.
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
