Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead, support, and train front of house staff, maintaining an efficient, profitable and professional dining operation to achieve high levels of guest and associate satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in the dining room and bar, coaching teams, overseeing seating, and ensuring hospitality at all guest touchpoints within our hotel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of full-service restaurant experience.
• Ability to use a computer for daily tasks and basic spreadsheet/word processing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service in a clean, organized and well-maintained dining room.
• Work hands-on in the dining room and bar, supporting, coaching and working with associates.
• Greeting, seating and being present on the floor for our guests to ensure proper hospitality.
• Supervise and direct Dining Room and Bar employees.
• Develop floor charts, daily assignments and floor management.
• Manage and control labor costs on a daily basis.
