Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Team Member to join the Restaurant Front team. You will provide exceptional guest experiences through friendly service and high-quality product handling at the front counter and drive-thru.

Responsibilities include ensuring orders are accurate, greeting guests promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provides visual cues for guests that make a positive first impression (clean attire, neat appearance, clean exterior and dining area).
• Delivers consistent guest service through friendly attitude, attentive behavior and product knowledge.
• Follows Always Fresh procedure to ensure coffee and products are fresh and accurate.
• Ensures accuracy of every order by repeating the guest’s order and following drive-thru protocols.
• Maintains a prompt and warm greeting at front counter and drive-thru within 5 seconds.
• Keeps the front counter and drive-thru area clean, organized, and ready for rush periods.
• Follows sanitation guidelines and performs sanitation tasks as directed by management.
• Follows health and safety practices and reports injuries or incidents as required.
