Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Frequent reaching and manual dexterity required.
• Continuous standing on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Occasional lifting of boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of milk crates up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent exposure to cold and high heat in walk-in coolers and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service through friendly attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Greet guests promptly at front counter and drive-thru.
• Follow Always Fresh procedures to ensure products are fresh and accurate.
• Ensure order accuracy by repeating orders and using correct procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter and drive-thru areas.
• Handle service recovery professionally and resolve guest concerns.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines and report issues.
