Job summary

Tim Hortons in Indiana is seeking a Team Member to be the front line in delivering Exceptional Guest Experience through quality products and friendly service. You will greet guests, assist with orders, maintain clean spaces, and follow Always Fresh procedures to ensure accuracy and freshness.

You will support restaurant operations, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and help manage drive-thru and counter service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Follows all restaurant policies, procedures and standards.
• Maintains front counter and drive-thru area by keeping it clean, organized, stocked and ready for rush periods in the restaurant.
• Follows proper sanitation guidelines; completes all sanitation tasks as outlined by the Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Owner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with a welcoming attitude.
• Ensure accuracy of every order using the order monitor and drive-thru procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of front counter, dining area, and drive-thru to support fast service.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and sanitation tasks as directed.
• Assist in maintaining cold/hot storage and product readiness during peak periods.
