• Delivers consistent guest service through friendly attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Ensures every guest receives a prompt and warm greeting within 5 seconds at front counter and drive-thru.
• Keeps speed of service targets by working efficiently to fill orders and meet guests’ needs.
• Executes service recovery for guest concerns or complaints by making it right.
• Follows all restaurant policies, procedures and standards.
• Performs health & safety responsibilities including safe work practices and reporting injuries or unsafe conditions.
• Maintains Time & Temperature Log and regular product temperature checks.
