Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Team Member to be the friendly face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through fast service, accurate orders, and clean surroundings. You will assist with food and beverage preparation, greet guests warmly, and maintain our standards for sanitation and safety in a busy environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to stand long hours, and comfortable working in a team to meet guest needs during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Follow Always Fresh procedures to ensure coffee and products are fresh and accurate.
• Ensure the accuracy of every order by repeating orders and using drive-thru procedures.
• Greet guests promptly at front counter and drive-thru within 5 seconds.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter, dining area, and drive-thru.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and health and safety legislation.
• Record Time & Temperature logs for required products.
• Assist with product preparation according to training materials.
• Handle guest concerns with prompt service recovery when needed.
