Tim Hortons is seeking a Front Team Member to provide an exceptional guest experience through quality products and service. The role emphasizes friendly service, quick greetings, accurate orders, and adherence to Always Fresh procedures to ensure freshness and correctness at both the counter and drive-thru.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean dining areas, following sanitation guidelines, and collaborating with team to meet guest needs while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, professional front-of-house appearance and maintain a neat dining area.
• Deliver outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude and solid product knowledge.
• Greet guests promptly at front counter and drive-thru, within 5 seconds.
• Ensure order accuracy by repeating orders and using proper procedures to mark beverage lids.
• Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh and HOTRODS procedures to keep products fresh and accurate.
• Follow SOPs to prepare products per training and monitor the order for accuracy.
• Communicate product needs to ensure availability and update temps in the Time & Temperature Log.
• Adhere to restaurant policies, keep counters clean, stocked, and ready for rush periods; follow sanitation guidelines.
• Comply with health and safety rules, wear PPE as required, and report injuries or unsafe conditions.
