Mercer Street Hospitality is hiring a Front of House Manager to join our hospitality team in New York. The role oversees service, trains staff, and ensures a premier guest experience with strong leadership across the FOH team.

Responsibilities include upholding service standards, managing schedules, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment while driving continuous improvements in guest satisfaction. Certification and compliance are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of service experience, with at least two in management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
• DOH and TIPS certification on hand.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the core values and culture of Mercer Street Hospitality.
• Leads FOH team and manages service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Trains, schedules, and delegates work to servers, bartenders, and hosts.
• Oversees service for all guests when on property and maintains dining areas and bathrooms.
• Develops relationships with guests and addresses service needs.
• Prepares regular financial reports and maintains records.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and service standards.
