Mercer Street Hospitality is seeking experienced front-of-house professionals for its venues, including Bistrot Leo, Bowery Meat Company, Lure Fishbar, and Hancock St. Roles include Server, Busser, Runner, Bartender, Host/Hostess, and Maitre D.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of high-volume dining experience, strong guest service, wine knowledge, and the ability to work late nights. Vaccination and full availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years+ experience in high volume casual or fine dining environments.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Wine and beverage knowledge with guest-first approach.
• Ability to anticipate guests' service needs.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.

• A minimum of THREE years+ or more experience in high volume, casual fine dining, or fine dining environments.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Wine and beverage knowledge is a must guest-first approach to hospitality.
• The ability to anticipate guests' service needs.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Candidates must...

• Have availability to work 3-5 shifts per week
• Covid Vaccinated
• Be able to work late nights.
• Must have full availability
• Maitre D and host must be proficient in at least one of the following reservation systems: OpenTable, Seven Rooms, and/or Resy.
