Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology; beverage concepts
• Experience with beverage costing and budgeting.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, POS systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and manage day-to-day activities of bar/lounge outlets.
• Coordinate seasonally appropriate cocktail changes to diversify the list.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, wine, and menu items.
• Balance cashouts and ensure cash is balanced.
• Oversee inventory, costs, vendor relations and procurement of spirits.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff; foster teamwork and safety.
• Schedule employees based on budgeted labor costs and weekly needs.
• Lead quarterly Kimpton Check-Ins with direct reports.
