Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Lead guest-facing team to deliver best-in-class service.
• Coach team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staffing.
• Open/close venue, manage shifts, hiring, and scheduling.
