Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager in Anchorage to lead guest experiences in a high-energy venue. You will coach the front-of-house team, staff shifts, and ensure service standards are consistently excellent.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and a culture of care, while maintaining safety and hospitality excellence. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage operations, and partner with leadership to maximize revenue within your area of responsibility.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Strong leadership, coaching and guest-service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Guest Experience: set daily service standards and engage with guests to elevate their experience.
• Coach and Develop the Team: supervise front-of-house staff and drive engaged, high-performance culture.
• Manage Operations: execute opening/closing procedures, monitor shifts, and drive profitability.
• Uphold Standards and Culture: embody Topgolf values and ensure safety and operational compliance.
