Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Experience Coordinator for our Tempe site, responsible for shaping the daily feel of the workplace. You will greet visitors, manage front-of-house operations, handle events, mail and supply coordination, and coordinate maintenance dispatch to keep the space running smoothly.

You will coordinate with vendors, support onboarding for new joiners, and ensure security protocols are followed while delivering a welcoming, premium service experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a workplace environment.
• Comfortable with standard workplace and collaboration tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, and scheduling).
• Strong preference for experience in a corporate, hotel, or premium service environment, familiarity with visitor management or workplace coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Front-of-House & Visitors: greet, issue passes, apply security protocols, answer calls, address inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Workplace Services & Vendors: manage janitorial and maintenance work orders to completion; coordinate mail, supplies, and onboarding; liaise with vendors.
