Texas Roadhouse, Inc. in Sioux Falls seeks an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in daily Front of House operations and to lead by example in delivering Legendary Food and Legendary Service.

You will oversee FOH service, supervise staff, train teammates, schedule departments, and help develop sales strategies while maintaining guest satisfaction and a strong restaurant culture. This role offers a comprehensive rewards package after 30 days and opportunities for career

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House
• Enforces compliance with employment policies
• Oversees/approves Front of House side work
• Provides/oversees thorough training
• Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
• Hands-on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, cooking as needed
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and aid sales strategy
• Leads by example to develop employees and assistants
• Cross-train employees
• Oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed by the Service Manager
• Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
• Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Maintains safe food handling procedures and restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Helps to control guest flow and assists with liquor inventory & ordering
• Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
• Maintains culture and core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
