Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage FOH employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for our guests.

Formación

• Experience managing restaurant front-of-house operations.
• Experience supervising staff performance and scheduling.
• Ability to train and develop FOH teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide Front of House training.
• Manage Front of House staff performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Oversee liquor orders and liquor-cost controls.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Develop key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House staff.
• Direct work: hours, schedules, and task assignments during hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and incentives.
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
