Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations in Sioux City. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, and ensure food quality and safety per established recipes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hourly employees and performing evaluations.
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire staff.
• Experience scheduling and directing restaurant operations.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and sales growth.
• Experience training Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and safe food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage costs and weekly inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending to hire hourly staff.
• Direct work including scheduling and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce safety measures for employees and guests.
