Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing Front of House daily operations and upholding the Legendary Food and Legendary Service culture.

You will train staff, supervise during peak hours, ensure policy compliance, drive guest satisfaction and sales, and help develop promotions under the Service Manager while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming dining room.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House.
• Enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility.
• Oversees/approves Front of House side work.
• Provides/oversees thorough training.
• Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House.
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant.
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and develop sales strategies.
• Leads by example to help develop employees and assistants.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the restaurant and guest areas.
