Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Proven leadership experience is required.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operational directors in achieving goals in Food Cost GAP, Quality, etc.
• Uphold all unit policies and procedures including service, food quality, cleanliness and health code standards.
• Shift financial accounting and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with directors on relevant information.
• Maintain certification in Pathway.
• Develop future leaders.
• Ensure new product rollouts and training are executed properly.
• As needed: engage in team activities/events.
• As needed: assist with inventory.
• As needed: other work related project requests.
• Coach and develop the team to exceed expectations.
