Marshalls is seeking team members to support Loss Prevention and store operations. You will act as a visible deterrent, wear a body worn camera, and greet customers while maintaining a professional front-of-store presence.

Responsibilities include monitoring activities, reporting incidents, and performing closing safety checks. The role emphasizes adherence to policies and strong collaboration with store teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist by directing to management or customer service.
• Monitor store activity and report suspicious or critical incidents to LP or management.
• Conduct a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
