Job summary

Marshalls in Tracy, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft and safeguard customers and assets. You will wear a body worn camera, stand at the front of the store, greet shoppers, and collaborate closely with store teams and LP to maintain a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and wear a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist, refer to management or customer service when needed.
• Respond to customer requests via store radio to management or LP.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management per policy.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
