Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention-focused team member to deter theft, support store operations, and maintain a safe shopping environment at our Hazleton, PA location.

You will wear a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and coordinate with store management to respond to incidents while upholding TJX policies and brand standards. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss or dishonesty.
• Wear a Company approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and provide courteous, respectful service.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service when needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Conduct closing store safety sweeps with management.
